So I'm not really sure what artwork I can share from work... but here are some hawk sketches I did as an experiment. I'm not sure if we'll be able to use them (possibly will be used for Bird Cams), so I thought I'd share them here. And below that is one of the many drawings I'm doing for BirdSleuth, the Lab's K-12 education program, which has been super fun to work on.

Link and Epona
It's been hard to find time to do drawings for Sketch Dailies (it's tough to get motivated to draw more after work), but sometimes a topic is too fun to pass up. Yesterday's prompt was Link (from the Zelda video game series)... and of course I used it as an excuse to draw Epona.

Lady Iron Man
A really really late Sketch Dailies... but I had to do an Iron Man to go with my Captain America!

Captain Cooper
So this past week I started my new internship at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. I'm working on illustrations for their BirdSleuth K-12 education program and their NestCams program. They're both two very different projects, and should be fun.
In the meantime, I'm still trying to do some freelance. This is a commission of an original character a fan created for the universe of the show Firefly. This was a fun commission because I got to design the character too.

Harlequin
Ah, I haven't updated in so long! Things have been really busy lately. Starting next week, I'll be working at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology for 4 months drawing birds! It should be fun... there are some cool projects in the works.
Anyway, here's today's sketch dailies topic of harleqin. I drew a harlequin girl with a Harlequin Duck (because birds).
